Coming soon, our feature length documentary about the life and work of British artist Anthony Gross. When Nazi Germany invaded France, Anthony Gross evacuated his family on one of the last ships out of Bordeaux, then returned as an Official War Artist, wading ashore on D-Day with his brushes held above his head. Pioneering animator, adventurer and the doyen of British printmaking: this is his unbelievable true story.

I’ve been working on this 90+ minute feature length documentary for the last few years along with the Goldmark Films team, filming in France and UK and it’s very close to being completed. I can’t wait to show people the incredible story of artist Anthony Gross.

Winning Two Pro Moviemaker Filmmaker of the Year 2026 Awards

Well, this was a nice surprise.

I've somehow managed to win not one but two categories in the Pro Moviemaker Magazine Filmmaker of the Year 2026 Awards. That's two actual awards. In the same year. Which is particularly pleasing because most of my time is usually spent wondering if I've forgotten to hit record.
